Days 1–30: select
Choose one quality decision, write its manual baseline, name the accountable decision owner, and classify the use case. Do not start with a general chatbot or unbounded data.
Days 31–60: prove
Inventory evidence, define the reference, assemble ordinary and difficult cases, and test whether a competent reviewer can verify findings. Record disagreement instead of hiding it.
Days 61–90: control
Complete qualification, configuration attestation, user training, monitoring ownership, incident handling, and a stop condition. Release only the bounded intended use supported by evidence.
