First thirty days

The first month establishes legitimacy and specificity: a data-use rule, baseline literacy, one measured use case and a visible human control boundary.

Begin with a simple data-use rule and baseline AI literacy so people know what evidence can be used and where decisions remain human. Choose one measurable use case with a named process owner and a real operational complaint.

Measure the manual baseline, build a small known-correct reference set and decide whether the evidence foundation supports a short pilot. The aim is evidence, not excitement.
