Twelve months: repeatable capability, not a hero project
A one-year horizon should show at least one durable, monitored capability in production and a second use case moving through the same disciplined sequence — not a single project that depended on one person.
The durability test from the Survivability instrument is the honest check here: if the original builder left tomorrow, would the capability still be understandable, operable and revalidatable?
A repeatable intake process — use-case charter, evidence readiness, risk classification, qualification — is more valuable at this stage than a second impressive demo.
