The eight risk dimensions in practice
Consequence severity, reversibility, autonomy, scale, evidence quality, novelty, human oversight and regulatory exposure combine to set the control level.
No single dimension determines the level alone; the classifier applies an irreversibility gate so that any irreversible, high-consequence path escalates regardless of how the other dimensions score.
Score each dimension against the specific use case, not the technology category. A drafting aid and a decision-support tool built on the same model can land at different levels.
