Cost-benefit realism for a wind quality use case

A defensible business case states the measured baseline cost, the verification cost of the new approach, and the net benefit — not just the time a machine appears to save on the easy cases.

Verification time, reviewer training, evidence-preparation effort and monitoring cost all belong in the calculation; a use case that looks free because verification cost was never measured usually is not.

Revisit the business case after qualification, using measured results rather than the original estimate, and again after the first months of production use.
